- Find out and honor your spouse’s health care wishes
- Manage login and passwords for the family’s (or your parents) online bills, utilities, investments and banking
- Allow your children to easily find and manage navigating your finances and directives in an emergency
- Create and hold a Durable Power of Attorney and Health Care Power of Attorney
- Arrange legal guardians for your children
- Review your parents’ reviewed estate plans with them in case of an emergency
- Create and review your will/trust regularly
- Maintain access to secured information (safety deposit boxes/safes etc) to those you are responsible for
This event will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at 6:30 p.m. at our Austin Campus (10551 Sheehan Rd, Washington Township, OH 45458). Speaker Kim Estess, attorney (O’Diam & Estess Law Group, Inc.) will present on topics including the basics of long-term care planning, wills and trusts, and powers of attorney. Light refreshments will be provided. Limited childcare spots are available (age 11 and under; PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED). Register by Tuesday, April 21 through the online form. Questions?
