Capable Kids: A Community Challenge Supporting Youth Mental Health
Families are invited to participate in Capable Kids, a free community initiative that encourages age-appropriate independence to help children build confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Kick off the challenge on Thursday, September 10, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Epiphany Lutheran Church's Austin Campus (10551 Sheehan Rd.) with family activities, Independence Bingo, s'mores, and practical resources.
