Make a Difference Monday

Youth Ministry

This summer, our youth ministry is excited to introduce Make-a-Difference Mondays — a brand-new series of service opportunities for students who have completed grades 5-12!

Join us as we put our faith into action, serving our community alongside great local partners. Each service day runs from about 9:00 a.m. to noon (specific times will be confirmed closer to each date depending on the location and work involved).

Dates and Partners:

  • July 14 – Volunteer at Matthew 25 Ministries (9:00am-noon)
    • Drop off and pick up at Epiphany's Far Hills Campus (adult drivers are needed!)
    • Learn about the work of Matthew 25 Ministries both domestically and globally in helping disaster victims and the poorest of the poor, and serve in the donation center sorting donations for distribution.
  • July 28 – Spend time with residents at Bethany Village Retirement Community
    • Drop off and pick up at Bethany Village
    • Volunteer in a variety of ways serving the residents of Bethany Village. This may include both relational opportunities and grounds/support roles.

Details:

  • Open to students who have completed grades 5-12 and adult companions.
  • Bring a servant’s heart, comfortable clothes you can work in, and a water bottle!
  • Transportation and any special instructions will be shared before each date.

Let's spend our Mondays making a difference — one project, one person, and one smile at a time!
